Safety and flexibility
Our proximity reader with mobile credentials supports the latest identification standards, including MIFARE DESFire technology and mobile technologies. It guarantees full data protection thanks to encrypted RS485 communication (AES256).
Its compact dimensions and modern design allow for hassle-free installation on most standard profiles and door frames, whilst its IP54 rating ensures resistance to dust and splashes. As a result, the MDB-R is ideal not only for prestigious lobbies and offices, but also for areas with high humidity or high levels of dust.

Proximity reader with mobile credentials
When used with the NODER Mobile Access app and the NODER Virtual Access Card, the mobile access reader enables authorisation directly from iOS- and Android-based smartphones. This solution makes it possible to reduce, or even completely eliminate, the need to issue and carry traditional, physical RFID cards.

Security of the highest standard, regardless of the authentication method
The reader uses advanced encryption at every stage of communication:
- when exchanging data with controllers,
- when reading physical MIFARE DESFire cards,
- when connecting to the NODER mobile Virtual Access Card.
Strength
The housing of the MDB-R and MDKB-R readers are the same and is made from high-quality ASA (Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate) plastic. This is an advanced engineering polymer which, in terms of mechanical properties, is similar to the widely used ABS, but significantly outperforms it in terms of resistance to external factors.
Personalisation
Customise the readers to suit your needs
Our proximity readers with mobile credentials are available as standard in black with a black front; customisation allows for changes and special finishes within the following range:
ST version
The default housing and front design is black.
The ST version of the reader is available with a black body and a black matt front panels or keypads. It is the perfect solution for most access control systems.
FLEX version
The housing and front are available in separate designs. Based on the RAL Classic colour chart.
The Flex version is available in any of the 216 colours from the RAL Classic colour chart. The colour of the front of the reader can be customised to blend in with the architecture.
ARTEA version
The housing is available in the following design: Based on the RAL Classic colour chart. The front design is based on the Fundermax® HPL chart.
The Artea version is available in any of the 216 colours from the RAL Classic colour chart. The front of the reader is made of HPL, allowing to choose a pattern and colour that perfectly matches your interior design.
